Badrinath (or Badrinarayan)Temple is on the banks of the river Alaknanda, in Chamoli Dt.,of Uttarakhand State.The average height is 3415mtrs.(11200ft.).There are hot springs near the Badrinath Temple. And people take bath in them.It is advised that taking bath in them for a long time is not good for the skin as the water contains sulpher.An interesting Pilgrimage centre.
