René Redo wird heute persönlich zum Koch 👨🍳🔥 Redo hat Primo und Cane zu sich eingeladen und diesmal wird nicht im Restaurant gegessen. Redo steht selbst in seiner privaten Küche und kocht ein komplettes Menü. Und das hat einen Grund 😅 Cane war bereits bei Redo im Restaurant essen und war damals alles andere als zufrieden. Also gibt es heute die persönliche Revanche am Herd. Kann René Redo ihn diesmal überzeugen? 😂 Los geht es mit einer selbstgemachten Spargelcremesuppe. Danach kommen frischer Spargel und Steak vom Grill auf den Tisch 🥩 Dazu gibt es Sauce Hollandaise oder Semmelbutter und natürlich wird zwischendurch ordentlich probiert, diskutiert und gelacht. Primo bringt außerdem brasilianische Spezialitäten mit und plötzlich wird aus dem entspannten Kochen eine komplette kulinarische Runde. Natürlich geht es nicht nur ums Essen. René Redo und Primo sprechen auch über Gastronomie, Catering, Unternehmertum, Arbeiten und Motivation. Redo erzählt dabei auch über seine Unternehmen, Restaurants und seinen Weg als Gastronom. Denn auch wenn man René heute von Redo XXL und Gastro ist geil kennt, steht er immer noch selbst gerne am Herd 🔥 Zum Abschluss gibt es frische Erdbeeren und Blaubeeren mit Mascarpone Sahne 🍓 Spargelcremesuppe, Steak vom Grill, Spargel, brasilianische Snacks und Dessert.
