Auf großer Tour nach Kall in der Eifel - 2015

Im Februar 2015 war ich auf großer Tour im VRS mit dem Karnevalsticket 2015, wo es hieß, 'Einen Tag Zahlen – Sechs Tage Fahren', im erweiterten VRS-Netz unterwegs. So führte mich mein Weg nach Kall in der Eifel, wirklich ein schönes Städtchen. Beginnen wir unseren Rundgang an der Hauptstraße, vorbei am Bahnhof, dort ist ein Lint 81, eine BR 620 zu sehen, welche nach Köln als RB 24, Eifelbahn, fahren wird. Vom Bahnhof aus ging es weiter durch die Innenstadt in den historischen Stadtkern mit seiner sehr schönen Kirche. Zum Schluss ging es es zum Kaiser Wilhelm Gedenkkreuz der 1. von 1870 und zu den Resten des römischen Steinbruches. Die Gleise im Vordergrund am Steinbruch gegen Ende des Videos gehören zur Oleftalbahn, einer touristischen Ausflugsbahn.
